#218: Finding Holy in the Suburbs with Ashley Hales

What are you chasing after that you don’t mean to? Sometimes we forget to look past the sticky messes and dirty diapers of mom life to see our meaningful, purposeful life. And oh, the distractions! As we long for more square footage and shiny target gems and we lose track of what is important. This week we hear from Ashley Hales about how she quiets some of those distractions and appreciates the little moments as a mom with anxiety. Ashley Hales is a writer, speaker, pastor’s wife, and mother to four. She holds a PhD in English from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and she lives in the southern California suburbs helping her husband plant a church, Resurrection Orange County.
